Hi PCS Welcome back to term 4. The value for this term is Responsibility. The student councillors will be promoting about responsibility in weeks 6 and 9 during the whole school assembly. 

The councillors will also be handing out Talent Show certificates during singing assembly for the next four weeks.

Busy Councilors: Planning for Values Promotion: Being Determined!!!

Talent Show 2014

The PCS talent show is on the last day of this term starting from 9.00-10.30am in the school hall.

The auditions are as follows:

Week 6- In school hall
Senior School- Monday- 9-10.30 am
Junior School- Friday- 11.10-12.40am

The student council is looking forward to seeing a lot of students trying out for the auditions!  Wishing you best of luck!!!!  Keep practicing as practice makes perfect!!!

This term is going to be really for the student councilors.

They have to do auditions and then host the annual Talent Show on the last day of this term.

The value for this term is Determination!!

Honesty Promotion

The student council is creating a video using the Puppet Pal programme.  It will be presented  at week 6 whole school assembly!!

The student council hosted the first assembly for this term.

Values Promotion for Week 9

Next week the Student Council will be doing the Values Promotion during Whole School Assembly. 
Amber and Liam will be presenting a keynote on how to be Polite, Considerate and Sensible.  


Here is what they will be presenting:

• Being Polite is when:
• We use our manners and speak nicely.(please, thank you, excuse me)
• We listen to the person talking
• We ask before leaving the room
• We wait for a person to finish talking before joining a conversation
• Being Considerate is when:
• We think of other people’s feelings.
• We share equipment with others.
• We work quietly so that others can concentrate on what they are doing.
• We look after new class members.  
• Being Sensible is when:
• We put things away when finished with them .
• We get on with our work quickly and quietly.
• We follow instructions.
